ASSOCIATES AND INTERNS – INVESTMENT BANKING | RENEWABLE ENERGY (New York and Frankfurt, Germany)
Our advisory teams based in New York and Frankfurt are looking for full-time Associates and Interns (paid position; minimum 10 weeks). Responsibilities will include market research on the renewable energy sector in Europe, CEE and CIS countries, as well as North America and South America. Our Associates will prepare financial models for the renewable energy sector (onshore and offshore wind, solar, hydro and biomass). A strong background in Excel is required. In addition, our Associates will work on client presentations, banker’s packages, information memoranda, commercial due diligence reports, and investment teasers.
Our Associates are an important part of the team, and will support the transaction advisory team in daily activities. We are also looking for interns who would consider to join us on a permanent basis as Associates following their internship and studies. We provide an excellent training in financial analysis of energy projects through direct deal experience, and on-the-job training. Associates will have the opportunity to train periodically in both our New York office as well as in our Frankfurt office. QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree or studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Science or Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint
- Strong interest in finance and energy, preferably renewable energy
- Accounting or financial analysis training is a plus
- Fluency in English required and in another language is a plus
